Adrian, affectionately known as "Nub", was born on July 21, 1980, in Tampa, FL. He was a native of Tampa, FL. He attended the Hillsborough County Public Schools. He enjoyed playing cards, dancing, traveling, being the life of the party, and most of all spending time with his family and helping others.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Sedrick Webb; grandparents, Izel and Clara "Alice" Webb, and Freddie and Lula-Mae Phillips; uncles, Benny, and Vincent Phillips; and aunts, Vickie Webb-Mitchell and Cynthia Webb.

He leaves precious memories with his parents, Billy Phillips and Sandra Webb; brothers, Andre Webb, Isaac Webb, Lamond Webb, Billy Phillips, Jr., and Ricardo Williams (Stephanie); sisters, Natasha Sweet (Nate), and Tangela Webb; uncles, Anthony Phillips, and Keith Phillips; aunt, Tangela Esalomni; great-uncles, Roger Carter, and Rev. Charles Carter (Pastor Mae-V); great-aunt, Naomi Hall; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
