Obituary

Homegoing services for Mrs. Aileane W. Cooper of Cleawater, FL who passed away Monday, May 6, 2013 will be held Saturday, March 18, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at Without Walls International Church, 3860 W. Columbus Drive, Tampa, FL 33607 with Reverness Jannie Rush of the House of Prayer Church, officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Aileance W. Cooper was born March 22, 1943 to the late George E. Watkins and Willie M. Moten in Tampa, FL in the heart of Ybor City. She occurred in 7th grade until 12th grade when she used to play a B-flat and e-flat clarinet. Aileane was also a member of the marching band and enjoyed marching with the yellow jackets under the band director Mr. Thomas J. Simpson. She moved to Clearwater, FL in 1974 where she was employed at Instrument Transformers Inc for 32years. She retired from I.T.I April 16, 2008. She gave her life to God on February 11, 2007 when she became a member at Without Walls International Church. In 2009 she began studying with the Jehovah Witness and discontinued her membership with WWIC in 2010. She was preceded in death by parents, George E. Watkins, Sr. and Willie M. Moten; son, Milo Cooper; granddaughter, Lekenya Cooper; brother, Andrew Jackson; uncle, Lee Euis Greene and close friend, Gail Davis. She leaves to cherish fond and loving memories with children, Evora and Kenneth Cooper; god daughter, Ivy Gamble; grandchildren, Mario Nobles, Bianca ,Verdell and Kiki Cooper; great grandchildren, Kenneth Sasmpson, Zeniya Nobles, Omari and Shamar Blackmon, Janiya Robinson, Charisma and Peter Hyman and Victoria Rodriguez; step father, Sylvestor Moten; god mother, Mary Stephens; brothers, George Watkins (Wanda) and John W. Murray; sister, Joyce Poole (Leon); aunts, Eddei Sue Allen and family; nieces, Lisa Moore and Family,Synthia and Charlene Moten; Carlene Pearson, Yolanda Robinson, Carlysia Levert, Charkeena Mckinnie, Terikeena Williams and Cydnee Butler; nephews, Rodney, Zeron, Daren and Marlon Moten, Zekeyia Hall, Milan Robinson, Tray Callaway, Elias Kimber, Tiajah Hall, Kevin Watkins, Deondrae and Ciara Moore,All of the Nobles, Elsie McArthur, Gamble and Cooper Family; cousins, Ricky Williams and the Pauline Greene Family; close friends, Ken Howard, Debbie Johnson, Allison, Beverly, Rosher, Irma Jean Powers, Shirley Sledge, Sharon Landcaster and Duane Davis and a host of other relatives and friends. The viewing will be held at Aikens Funeral Home, Friday May 17th from 5 to 8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
