Homegoing Services for Mr. Albert Clayton of Tampa, who passed away Monday, December 10, 2012, will be held Saturday, December 15th, 11:00 a.m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Elder Wallace Battle, officiating. Interment will follow. Albert was born April 29, 1948 in Colon, Panama to the late Sylvester Clayton and Olive Lord. He was preceded in death by parents, Sylvester Clayton and Olive Lord. He leaves to cherish fond and loving memories with wife, Willie Joyce James-Clayton; children, D'Ann, Cory and Kimakia Clayton; grandchildren, Korniesha, Cory, Jr., Jamia, Chardae, Ayahna Clayton and Trinity Hammond; great grandchild, Richardo Andrews; brothers, Sylvester Clayton, Jr. and Steve Clayton; sisters, Jean Clayton, Grace Clayton and Carrol Clayton; aunts, Helen Clayton, Edith Lord, Mabel Lord and Antoinette Lord; uncles, Francis Clayton, Walter Clayton and Victor Clayton; nieces, Hannah, Kendall and Sophia Henderson; nephew, Kaden Henderson, mother-in-law, Joyce Henderson; in-laws, brothers and sisters-in-law; Paul James, Leon Henderson, Michael Henderson, Randy and Desiree Henderson, Jeffrey and Roxanne Henderson, Sharon and Joseph Bartley; and a host of other relatives, friends and associates. The viewing will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, December 14th, from 5-8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel for the service on Saturday.
