Obituary

Alfonza Lee Hall passed away peacefully on Friday, June 28, 2024, in Tampa, FL. He was born on October 19, 1965, in Gallatin, Tennessee to Arthur Lee Hall and Dorothy Mai Clay. Alfonza graduated from Gallatin High School. He continued his education at Rhema Bible Training Center (Broken Arrow, Oklahoma) where he completed a Ministerial Training Course in 1990. He later received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Lee College (Cleveland, Tennessee) in 1995. Following his relocation to Tampa in the late 1990's, he was employed as an insurance agent for New York Life Insurance Company, where he retired in 2016.

Alfonza was a devout Christian and member of Revealing Truth Ministries. His unwavering faith was evident in his fervent dedication to studying and teaching the Word of God. He completed several ministerial training programs, which deepened his theological knowledge and honed his skills as an educator. For the last few years, he diligently worked on a comprehensive book that highlighted significant figures from the Bible, aiming to bring their stories and lessons to life for readers.

On July 19, 2008, Alfonza married the love of his life, Zelda. Together, they enjoyed a wonderful life, filled with memorable trips, enriching religious conferences, and cherished moments spent with family and friends. Their marriage was a testament to their shared faith and mutual love, creating a strong foundation for a life full of joy and fulfillment. His departure leaves a deep wound in the hearts of his entire family and countless others who loved him dearly, a testament to his generous spirit that touched so many lives.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Ricky Clay; aunt, Edna Blakemore; and cousins, Shelia Fileccia and Linda Bartlett. He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Zelda L. Hall; brother, Ernest Clay; sister, Angela McGuire; stepson, Roger Johnson, Esq.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other dear family members, loyal friends, and former colleagues
