Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Algenon Graham of Tampa who passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2015, will be held Saturday, January 17th, 11:00 a.m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blv., Min. Helen Neal-Ali, officiating with Min. Lorenzo Magwood of Kaotic Ministries, eulogist. Algenon Andre Graham was born May 15, 1964 in New Smyrna Beach, Florida to the late Robert McKinnon, Sr. and loving mother, Deloris McKinnon. He attended the public schools of Hillsborough County, graduating from Hillsborough Senior High School. After graduation he pursued his ten year venture with the United States Armed Forces, where he received many valor of honors. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert McKinnon, Sr. and uncle, Tommy Lee Graham (Uncle Bo Pete). He leaves cherished and fond memories with a devoted wife, Minnie R. Graham; five children, 1 daughter, K'Charra Branch, Petersburg, VA; and 4 sons, Second Lieutenant "T" Andre Graham (Finequa), Ft. Bragg, NC, Devon Graham (Amanda), Petersburg, VA, Aeon Graham and Keon Graham, Tampa, FL; 3 step children, Adrian Kegler, Adryonna Kegler, Tampa, FL and Deandre Presley (Courtney), NC; 4 grandchildren, Ta'Sharde, Ta'Shiaya and Alaysia Graham and Sophia Presley; a loving and devoted mother, Deloris McKinnon; 5 brothers, Robert McKinnon, Jr. (Rose), Lonnie McKinnon, Bobby Graham (Cynthia), Nick Anthony McKinnon (Angela) and Tyrone McKinnon; 2 sisters, Patricia McKinnon and Robin McKinnon; 1 uncle, Otis Graham; 4 aunts, Mary Jane Graham, Betty Scott, Patricia Savage (Lloyd) and Adena Banister; 2 sisters-in-law, Katrina Highsmith (Stacy) and Shaquila Henly (Antonio); 1 brother-in-law, Henry A. Baker (Shannon); mother-in-law, Patricia Baker (Frank); father-in-law, Henry R. Baker (Alicia); and a host of sorrowing nieces, nephews, family and friends. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home Friday, January 16th from 5 to 8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service.
