A homegoing celebration for Mr. Allan Attaway Pore of Tampa, Florida who passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018 will be held Saturday, July 28th at 2:00 p.m. at The Center for Manifestation, 3102 E. Lake Ave., Dr. Mark T. Jones, Sr., pastor; Bishop Anthony Williams, presiding, with Minister Ebou Howard, eulogist officiating. The interment will be in Florida National Cemetery. Allan 'Attaway' Pore was born on January 5, 1958 in Tampa, Florida. He attended King High School and upon graduation, enlisted into the U.S Army. He was a loving and devoted husband who loved motorcycles, sports cars, playing musical instruments, was mechanically inclined, and a great cook. He was a giving person with a heart for the homeless and outcast. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee Andrew Pore and Mabel Vernice Pore; son, Jamar Edwards; nephew, Tony Glover. He leaves to cherish his memories wife; Phyllis Pore; sons, Antonio Pore, Delvin Lawson (Nikisha), Irijah Mars and Harold Pringle; daughters, Lakisha Pore, Latoyra Lawson (Charles) and Farrin Alexander; grandchildren, Antonio Jr, Shamyah, Shalecia, Essence, Sarai, Delvin Jr, Destiny, Devane, Delany, La'Dasia, Ma'kayla, Marquez, Charles Jr, Jamari, Cherish, Irijah Jr, Iriya, Thomas, Irijai, Jacquez, Jovan, Danny, Leighlauni, Ja'morris, Ma'riyah and Har'siyah; godchildren, Theresa Philon and Parrish Williams; brothers, James Watts (Debra), Charles Watts (Paula), Lee Pore and Kevin Pore (Vernita); sister, Antwoinette Glover; brothers-in-law, Stanley Smith, Julius Howard, Clarence Edwards (Darlene) and Roosevelt Hill (Gloria); sisters-in-law, Emma Jean Turner (Ulysses), Mary Louise Helms (Billy) and Gloria Edwards; aunt, Doris Hubbard; uncle, Randy Haynes; nieces, Polar, Shay, Earletha, Alicia, Ninya, Ebony, Pamela, Regina, and Adia; nephews, Marlon, Sven, Charles Jr., Joshua, Malcolm, Jaimeson, Charles T., Keith, Kevin, Lee Jr., David Jr., Joey, Ross, Andrew and Amar; special daughters, Semaj and Benita; and a host of other nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, devoted relatives and friends. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, July 27th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
