Amos Thompson was born December 15, 1939, in Seffner to Eugene Thompson and Yolanda Starks. Amos was baptized at an early age and attended public schools of Hillsborough County. He worked as a construction worker for the City of Tampa where he

retired. He loved fishing and fixing old lawnmowers. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Thompson and Yolanda Starks. He leaves behind to cherish his memory: a special cousin, Yolanda Hayes (Leroy) and family, as well as a host of other cousins and friends.
