Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Andre Curry of Tampa, FL who passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 will be held on Saturday, March 5th,3:00 p.m., Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Rev. Michael Neely, officiating. The interment will follow. Mr. Andre Curry was born November 21, 1956 in Tampa, FL to the late Ernest Curry and Earnestine Shuman. Andre served in the United States Army and later worked in construction. He loved fishing and cooking. Andre was a loving father and carried a sweet demeanor with his family and friends until he expired. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Curry; mother, Earnestine Curry and brothers, Ernest Curry, Jr. and Kathertics Curry. He leaves to cherish his memories with his daughters, Sherri Curry and Monique Curry; grandchildren, Sherica, Rico, Tativana, Ricaria, Taequan, Shaniya and Judy Andrews, Alexis Anderson, Markiyah Kindrum, and Joshua Jackson; great granddaughter, Janiyah West; step-mother, Barbara Curry; brothers, Brion Curry, Kevin Curry, Eric Curry; sisters, Gail Curry Culver; step-sisters, Gail Solomon and Robin Solomon; step-brother, Mike Solomon and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service on Saturday.
