Andrey was born on October 15, 1985, in St. Petersburg, Florida, to Joe Lewis and Kizzie Blackmon.

He was a hard worker who loved music, sports, architecture, and Floridas beaches.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He leaves precious memories with his brothers, Joe Blackmon, Sr. (Sharon), Kenan Blackmon, and Kern Blackmon; sisters, Lasonya Long (Tony), and Richetta Blackmon; aunts, Lenora McDuffie, Jeanette Walker, and Gladys Pitts; great aunt, Maxine Jackson; uncles, Wyatt Wilburn, and Eddie Wilburn; nieces, Desirea Sanchez, Asha Sailor, Jadae Blackmon, Kierston Cunningham, Zoe Graham, and Khalayla Blackmon; grand nieces, Jakiyah Mells, Keynari Strader, and Keyniah Strader; nephews, Blake Strader, Brandon Floyd, Jaeden Cunningham, Joe Blackmon, Jr., Dylan Blackmon, Kenan Blackmon, Jr., and Joshua Blackmon; grand nephews, Jacari Mells, Terrance Brown, and Tamir Brown; and a host of cousins, other relatives and special friends.
