Angel, affectionately known as Choco, was born October 15, 1958, in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico to Carmen Delia Rosa Serrano and Roberto Serrano. He loved landscaping. Angel was preceded in death by his mother and father, aunt, grandma and two sisters. He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Margarita D. Jesus Serrano; children, Carlos Lopez, Jr., Leonor Serrano, Angel Serrano, and Carmelita Serrano; brothers, Hector Roberto, Hector Antonio, Felix and Michael Serrano; sisters, Maria and Jaqueline Serrano; aunt, Mariana Serrano; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
