Homegoing Celebration for Sister Annie Pearl Farmer of Tampa, who departed from this earthly life on Friday, November 13, 2015 will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at Greater Mount Moriah Primitive Baptist Church, 1225 N. Nebraska Avenue with Dr. B.R. Fulton, Jr. pastor, officiating and Elder Arthur Green, Jr. as eulogist. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Farmer was born March 23, 1933 in Marianna, Florida to the late Willie and Florence Green. In 1944, the family relocated to Tampa, Florida. Mrs. Farmer was educated in the public schools of Jackson County and completed her education at Don Thompson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Florence Green; husband, Daughtry Farmer, Jr.; brother, Deacon Arthur Green, Sr.; sisters, Mother Eddie Mae Jackson and Rosa Mobley; brother-in-law, Deacon Rayfield Jackson and nephew; Claude Mobley, Jr. She leaves to cherish her memories and celebrate her life with her sons, Daughtry Farmer III (Marian) and Michael Farmer; daughters, Cynthia Ann Farmer, Phyllis Farmer and Wanda Mundy; grandchildren, Michael Farmer, Jr., Elliot Farmer and Mikayla Farmer; brother, James Green; sisters, Minister Lula Jackson and Elnora Perkins; nieces, Gwendolyn Jones, Evelyn Robinson, Alease Green, Cheryl Silas, Belinda Harris, Jacquelyn Mobley and Lula Mobley; nephews, Charles Johnson, Elder Arthur Green, Jr., Leon Green, Kevin Green, Ray Mobley, Jimmie Mobley and Tyrone Perkins; godson, Willie Parker; caregiver, Janet Novonty; and a host of relatives and friends, The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday November 20th from 5 to 8 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
