A homegoing celebration for Mrs. Annie Mary Hicks of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 will be held on Saturday, July 21st, 11:00 a.m. at New Testament Worship Center, 5107 E. 32nd Avenue, Pastor Deborah Comellas with pastor Vana Payne, officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Annie was born on March 6, 1930 in Holopaw, Florida to the late Leroy Hagins and Claty Bigham. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed gardening, cooking and serving God. Her personal motto was 'Don't look down on anyone unless you're picking them up.' Annie was preceded in death by her parents; son, Skylan F. Webb; daughters, Gwendolyn and Linda Muse; brothers, Sterling Hagins and Bennie Wiggins; sons-in-law, Jeffrey Wade and Charles Reynolds, Sr. She leaves to cherish her memories with her children, Maynard T. Webb (Ruth), Kenneth E. Webb (Marion), Alphonso Webb (Rosa), Claty Williams, Sherria Reynolds, Brenda Wade, Adriane Hicks and Andre Dolphin (Phillip); grandchildren, Kenneth, Jr., Kareem, Leroy, Frank Alphonso, Jr., Edward, Ella, Anita, Audrey, Shawana Gardner Webb, Elizabeth Webb Jones, Skylar, Tawanda, Tina and Doneshia Hagins, Sydric Corey and Charles, Jr. Reynolds, Andre Holmes, Searum Tigner, Donte Muse, John, III, and Micheal Trigg, Carla Russell, Latoya Carter and LaWanda Williams, Lucian Knott, O'Shaunda Blanding, Erica Turner, Shantell Hightower and Robyn McGill; sister, Daisy Armwood; cousin, Lelia Martin; and a host of great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, cousins, other relatives and friends. The visitation will be held on Friday, July 20th from 5 to 7 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6-7 pm. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
