Memorial services for Mrs. Annie (Ann) L. Robertson who passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2010, will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2010, at 2 p.m. at New Hope M.B. Church, 3005 E. Ellicott Street, Tampa. Mrs. Ann Robertson, a native of Tampa, Florida, was born on March 24, 1946. She was a retired pre-school teacher at St. Peter Claver Catholic School in Tampa. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Chance and Martha E. Dent; brother, Lonnie Holmes, Sr.; sister, Johnny Mae Wilson and mother-in-law, Eunice Robertson. Mrs. Ann Robertson leaves to cherish her memories: a devoted husband of 46 years, Mr. Wilson Robertson Jr., Tampa; son, Horace J. Robertson, Tampa; daughters, Dr. Vandelon F. Holland (Eric), Tampa and Dr. Turkesia C. Robertson-Jones (David), Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Miss Erica A. Holland, Tampa and Mr. David E. Jones II, Atlanta, GA; sisters, Ms. Ethel Golfin, Tampa and Ms. Mildred Chance, New York; father-in-law, Wilson Robertson Sr., Tampa; best friend, Mrs. Bernestine Glymph, Tampa; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins and friends. No interment service.
