Annie Ruth Smith was born on September 11, 1959 to the late Annie Mae Banks and Benjamin Smith. Annie was fashionably known with her greeting to other 'Good Morning, Good Morning how you're doing this wonderful morning'. She loved to have her cocktails, playing cards, love to cook, listening to music and watching T.V.

Annie was preceded in death by parents: Annie Mae Banks and Benjamin Smith; brother, Rev. Paul Robinson Sr; sister-in-law, Songy Robinson; uncles, Rev. Albert Thomas, Rev. Boston L. Taylor, and James Johnson; and great-granddaughter, Tomani Gravette.

Annie leaves to cherish her fond memories children, Mario Mallard, Sr. (Anita) of Tampa, FL, Dietrick Sutherland (Shay) of Tallahassee, FL, Terrance Mingo of Tallahassee, FL, and Kateciea Smith, of Tampa, FL; brother, Roosevelt Baker (Ellie) of Havana, FL; sister, Sara Smith of Tampa, FL; aunt, Flossie Thomas and family of Ft.
