The course of Anthony's life reflected the true ingredients for excellence, which included sharing, caring, flexibility, and "getting the job done." Anthony was born on November 5, 1972 in Wauchula, Florida and was nurtured and reared by his mother, Daryle Cook. He was the first- born of three children. Anthony was proud of his growth and development he was provided during his formative years in Wauchula, Florida. He attended the local public schools in Hardee County and graduated from Hardee Senior High School in June 1990. Upon completion of high school, he entered the U.S. Navy serving four years, traveling to many places throughout the world. His most satisfying moment during his stint was assisting those devastated by Hurricane Andrew. Upon completion of his service time, he attended Voorhees College where he was an outstanding track star. He later transferred to the University of South Florida completing his bachelor's degree. At an early age, Anthony joined New Mt. Zion AME Church in Wauchula often riding his Kawasaki up to the front door. In August 1997, Anthony was united in Holy Matrimony to his high school sweetheart, Cynthia Myrie. They were the doting parents of two children, Aiden and Ashtyn and made a loving home in Seffner, Florida. Upon relocating to Tampa, Florida, Anthony found employment with the Hillsborough County School System, having taught at Middleton High School and later transferring to Carver Exceptional School where he used his expertise and passion until his untimely demise. Anthony loved the community in which he resided and his hometown where he could be found unselfishly involved in numerous activities and community involvement. He loved to cook and share with those around him. Anthony's favorite past time was riding his bike and spending time with family and friends. Anthony leaves to cherish his loving memories a devoted wife and loving wife, Cynthia; a loving son and daughter, Aiden and Ashtyn of Seffner, Florida; a caring mother, Daryle Cook of Wauchula, Florida; father, Andrew Cook; father-in-law, Alphonso Myrie, Sr. of Limestone; one sister, Tamara Cook-Williams (Keithrick), Orlando; a brother , Aaron Cook, Sr. (Delores), Bowling Green; three brothers-in-law, Alphonso (Serena), Alexander (Jeanne) Myrie, and Mark Richardson; grandmother, Mary Williamson. A host of uncles, aunts, great-aunts, great-uncles, great-great aunts and uncles, all of whom held a special place in his heart; beloved cousins and other loving relatives and friends who count it a blessing to have shared in his life. No matter the role he played in life-husband, a father, son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend his lovable personality, pleasant demeanor and willingness to assist others leave a profound legacy for us all to emulate.Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you; not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." John 14:27 KJV
