He was preceded in death by grandparents, Betty Clark, and Myron Toliver; uncles, Herman and Charles Clark, George, and Ray Moore; and cousin, Patricia Clark.

He leaves to cherish memories with his parents, Myra Toliver, and Anthony Kilpatrick Sr.; siblings, Latoya Cotton and Patricia and Roger Robinson; uncles, Rodney McCallister, and Jose Gonzalez; aunt, Renee (Shenandoah) McGruder; godmother, Deborah George; god-siblings JR. and Chinua George; and a host of other cousins, nieces, nephews, great niece and other sorrowing family and friends.
