Mrs. Arlianer Seaner
Smart
Jan 30, 1949 — Sep 11, 2026
Tampa
With hearts filled with love and gratitude, we celebrate the life of Arlianer Smart, a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother and great-grandmother, beloved sister, gifted seamstress, woman of faith, and treasured member of her community. She was the daughter of the late Mary Frances Cook Nelson.
She was preceded in death by her mother and her beloved brother, Johnnie Lee Cook.
She leaves to cherish her memory her brother, Claude Cook. She shared her life and love with her husband, William Smart, and was the proud mother of two children, Ramona Smart and Garron Cook. She was blessed with four grandchildren, Taja Smart, Lateria Smart, Arshauna Smith, and Jordana Smith, along with many beloved great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind godchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, church family, friends, and many others whose lives she touched.
She was well known and deeply loved throughout her community. She had a special way of making people feel welcomed, encouraged, and cared for. Her kindness, warmth, strength, and generosity left a lasting impression on those who were fortunate enough to know her. A woman of remarkable creativity, she was a talented and well-known seamstress. She created beautiful garments and proudly shared her gifts through fashion shows in both Florida and Alabama. Sewing was more than a skill to her; it was an expression of her creativity, elegance, and love. Her talent brought joy to many and became an important part of the legacy she leaves behind.
Above all, she loved Jesus Christ. Her faith was reflected in the way she lived, served, encouraged, and loved others. She had a special heart for children and young people and helped lead many of them to Christ. Through her words, her example, and her love, she planted seeds of faith that will continue to grow for generations. Family meant everything to her. She loved them deeply, celebrated their accomplishments, supported them through life’s challenges, and reminded them through her actions that faith, love, and family were always worth holding close. Though she will be deeply missed, her legacy will live on through her family, her faith, her creativity, her community, and the countless lives she touched. Her hands created beauty, her heart created family, and her faith helped guide others toward Christ.
She will be forever loved, forever remembered, and forever a part of us. Her memory will remain a source of comfort, inspiration, and strength to all who knew her, and the love she gave so freely will continue to shine through generations of her family.
