Mr. Arthur Junior Harris spent 35 years working for the City of Tampa Water Department, he retired as a Field Supervisor. He was asked to come back after retirement as a Field Consultant. Arthur was the most phenomenal husband to his beloved wife. He loved spending time with family and gardening. Arthur was very well loved and respected and cherished throughout the Tampa Bay Area.

Mr. Arthur Harris was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Harris; father, Sammie Lee Harris, Sr,; mother, Izola Harris; son, Willie J. Jackson, Jr.; daughter, Stephanie R. Jackson-Jones; and brothers, Sammie Lee Harris, Jr., Allen Harris, and Willis Harris.

He is survived by daughters, Katrenia L. Harris (Eric E. Parker) and Crystal S. Harris; grandchildren, Riley (Jazz), Ryan and Robert, Tyler Jimmy, Sr. (Roshawnda), Colby and Lani; great-grandchildren, Riley T. Jackson., Jr, Rylin T. Jackson, Jimmy L. Muhammad, Jr., Kimmy L. Muhammad and Robert J.
