Mr. Arthur Lee Bailey, Jr., affectionately known as "Boss Man," was born on June 9, 1943, in Tampa, Florida, to the late Arthur Lee Bailey, Sr. and Annie Mae Clayton Bailey. He was known for his humor, friendly spirit, and loving nature. Arthur was a handyman who enjoyed dancing, collecting walking canes, listening to old-school and blues music, and watching western movies. He worked faithfully for many years as a mechanic.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Lee Bailey, Sr., and Annie Mae Bailey; brothers, Johnny Bailey, Robert Bailey, Willie Bailey (Sandy) and James Simmons (Evelyn) "Uncle Bud"; sisters, Annie Mae Campbell and Annie Mae Thornton, and niece, Dean Campbell.

He leaves cherished memories to his best friend, Pat Crawley also known as wife; sons, Tyrone and Orbro Bailey, Cedric Crawley "Rico" (Andrea); brother, David Bailey; sisters, Dorothy Bailey Simmons (Hubert) "Uncle Skip", Patricia Bailey-Straughter (Mitchell) and Sandra Bailey; grandchildren, Orbriella Bailey, Ariel Bailey, Onyx Bailey, Aurbrion Bailey, Sierrah Crawley, Cedrianna Crawley; great grandchild Christopher Harris "Art Art"; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins;  special friends, Lauranette Haynes (Donnell) and family, Rosalyn Crawley and family, Donna C. Bunkley (Tyrone) and family, Shelia C. Hopkins (Michael) and family, James Lundy (Anna), Charles "Tony" Crawley, Santanna Crawley, Jebediah "Jebo" and Samantha Ryan; Lee Williams and the late Earl Pendelton "Skip"; special thank you to Michelle Jenkins.
