A homegoing celebration for Mr. Aubrey H. Conner of Tampa, FL who passed away on Friday, December 30, 2016 will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017, 2:00 p.m. at Northside M.B. Church, 5706 N 40th Street, Rev. Ricardo Robinson, pastor, Elder. Bruce Strange, officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Aubrey Haffiz Conner was born on September 4, 1979 in Tampa, FL to English L. Strange, Jr. and Jacqueline Welch. He attended Hillsborough County Public Schools. Aubrey was previously employed with Cabinets by Kinsey and Lizzie Mae Properties Lawn Service. He enjoyed being with his family, shopping and listening to music. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Willie James Conner, Sr. and English L. Strange, Sr.; uncles, Achlious Conner and Lenorris Conner-Clinton and aunt, Cynthia Anderson. He leaves to cherish his memories with his daughter, Aubreyana M. Conner; parents, English L. Strange, Jr. and Jacqueline Welch (Joseph); fianc of 15 years, Michelle Lane; step-children, Liquwanda Morgan, James, Nicole, Jasmine and Charles Sallins and Marcus Green; grandchildren, Helmer Jaramello and Jaison Sallins; sisters, Porschea Harden and Arius Welch; brothers, Chauncey, Joseph, Aaron and Jaylen Welch; grandparents, Ola Conner and Eula Strange; aunts, Gwendolyn Fisher, Vickie Conner, Valerie Sellers and Jeanette Albright; uncles, Willie James Conner, Jr., Adren Conner, Sr., Andre Murray and Elder. Bruce Strange (Martina); nephews, Chauncey Juellz and Joaquin Welch; nieces, Sharian, Na'chauncia Welch Ke'zaria Lawrence; a host of cousins; best friend, Johnny Georgianni; special friends, Welch family, Haugabook family, Olivers family and a host of other relatives and friends. The visitation will be held on Friday, January 13th at Aikens Funeral Home from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
