Barbara was born to Arthur L. Iverson and Nellie M. Thomas Iverson. Barbara retired from Ford Credit Motor Company. She enjoyed family time and going to her favorite restaurants, Golden Corral and Red Lobster. She loved Google, you would believe she had a PHD, that was her favorite past time. She also loved cooking, especially collard greens, making her special tea, and baking. She was a loving, devoted, and faithful member of Keeney Chapel United Methodist Church, where she performed many duties. She was preceded in death by: spouse, Roscoe R. Anderson; parents, Arthur L. Iverson and Nellie M. Thomas Iverson; brothers, John E. Evans and Jimmie L. Iverson; sisters, Elsie Thomas and Mildred Iverson; and granddaughter, Shakira Anderson. She leaves to cherish her memory: children, Deidre D. Anderson-Cochran (Julius), Darryl R. Anderson (Cyndia), Alton Anderson (Claudia), and Trinity A. Hayes; grandchildren, Julius C. Cochran II (Shauna), Marquis C. Cochran, Megan J. Cochran, Jalen C. Cochran, Alvacho Anderson, Jr., Alton J. Anderson-Rivera, Javari R. Johnson, Taius J. A. Davis, Aria O. Lane, Octivia Anderson- Patrick, Christopher D. Anderson, Tia M. Anderson, Darryl R. Anderson, Jr., Imari M. Anderson, Tiarra N.
