Ms. Barbara A. Bell was born on October 24, 1955, to Robert Richardson and Willie Pearl Edmond in Eufaula, Alabama. Barbara received her degree in Norfolk, Virginia as an evangelist. She was also an insurance agent. She loved to work out and was an active jogger. She also loved going to family gatherings, celebrations and events. Barbara loved to play card games like Pluck.

She was preceded in death by, father, Robert Richardson; mother, Willie Pearl Edmond; husband, Michael Williams; sisters, Rosa Mae Williams and Mary Johnson; uncle, Ivory Johnson.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory; children, Angel Clark and Anthony Johnson (Kiara Johnson); grandchildren, Jocelyn Johnson, Anthony Junior, Dallas Clark, Sarai Alan, Angelina Ruez, Genesis Johnson and Kayden Johnson; great grandchild, Zachari Johnson; brothers,Ivory Johnson, Dennis Johnson, Aaron Dingle, JB Price and Walter Bermudez; sisters, Mattie Price, Minne Bermudez and Janice Williams; nieces, Adrian, Henitha and April Johnson; nephews, Jeremy Johnson, Richard Johnson, Corey Johnson, Dustin Johnson, Lamont, Sean, Ricky, Jimmy, Sharon, B.J, and Tavares Price.
