A homegoing service for Mrs. Beulah Groce of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2018, will be held on Saturday, January 27th, 2:00 p.m. at New Progress Missionary Baptist Church, 3307 E. Shadowlawn Ave., Rev. Richard Woodbury, officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Beulah Groce was born in 1934 in Pittsview, Alabama. She enjoyed cooking and shopping. She was preceded in death by her relatives, Mattie Mae Hines (mother), Fletcher Ivery (father), Leon Groce (husband) Essie Mae Jackson (sister), Man (brother), Willie C. Ivery (brother), Tommy Lee Ivery (brother), Katherine Lais (sister), Nancy Upshaw (sister), Annie Pearl Lais (sister). She leaves to cherish her loving family who will dearly miss her: children, Evelyn McCray (Calvin) and Julia Zellner (John Richard, Jr.); grandchildren, Stacy Conley (Chet), Sheena Jeannot (Jacques), Carmen Fletcher (Van), Adrian McCray (Deborah), Dr. Andrea N. McCray, Alex McCray Sr. (Marilan), John Zellner III (Kay), Ternisha Zellner; great grandchildren, Erika Moody, Vontrail Smith (Tommy), Tyrell Penix, Robert Tolliver, Trinity Bowles, Unique Fletcher, Allison Fletcher, Isaiah Zellner, Zaria Zellner, Aevin McCray, Alexis McCray, Alex McCray Jr.; great-great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; siblings: Tommy Lee Upshaw (Ida), Juanita Burston (Richard), Lela Bell Peterson, Johnnie Mae Mellion, Naomi Stackhouse (Dwayne), Adrienne Ivory, Angela Ivery; a host nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, January 26th, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
