Homegoing Celebration for Bishop Clayton Ferguson, Jr., 'Victor' who passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2014 will be held Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., at Cathedral of Faith Church, Inc., 6304 N. 30th Street, Apostle Bishop Howell, pastor; Rev. J.E. Harris of Just Right Fellowship, Waycross, Georgia, officiate and eulogist. Interment will be in the Ferguson Family Cemetery, Warner Robins, Georgia. Bishop Clayton Ferguson, Jr. was born April 18, 1951 in Warner Robins, Georgia to the late Bishop Clayton Ferguson, Sr. and Beatrice Ferguson. He enjoyed ministering and counseling others and spreading the good news of the Lord. He also enjoyed football and bowling. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law, Mary Bellamy. He leaves to cherish his fond and loving memories a dedicated and loving wife of 25 years, First Lady Dorothy Ferguson; children, Shedrick Bellamy (Brandy), Douglas Miller, Jr., Alex Miller, Chardea Hudley (Reggie) and Aaron J. Ferguson, all of Tampa; grandchildren, Shaniqua, Semitra, Shamura, Shedrick, Jr., Roddrick, Essence, Gabby, Shantasia, Aryssa, Alexa, Miya and Ariana; brothers, Jimmy P. Ferguson (Lynn), Navarre, Florida and Lee Ferguson (Debra), Tampa, Florida; sister, Gloria Ann Pickett, Warner Robins, Georgia; uncles, George Story (Marva) and Silas Humphries (Annette); a host of nieces, special nieces, Crystal and Keisha Pickett, Warner Robins, Georgia and Alexia Bellamy, Brandon, Florida; nephew, Tad Ferguson; special nephews, Terrelle Pickett, Columbus, Georgia, Raylan Taylor, and Lashay Bellamy, Brandon, Florida; 2 loving daughters-in-law, Theresa Hordge and Tanera Dockery; 2 very loving sisters-in-a-law, Charlene Taylor and Connie Bellamy; brothers-in-law, Willie Bellamy, Jr. (Gloria), Jimmy Bellamy, Sylvester Bellamy and David Bellamy (Rhonda); best friends, Elder Mark Pearson, San Antonio, Florida, Mayor Ron Leverett, Prairie View, Texas, Charles Washington (CW), Tampa and Inez Collins, Orlando, Florida; and a host of other dear relatives and friends. The visitation will be held at Hands of God Ministries, 2918 E. 27th Avenue from 5 to 8 p.m. The family will receive guest from 6 to 7 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at Cathedral of Faith Church, Inc. for the service on Saturday.
