A Graveside Celebration for Mrs. Blanche Woodard Cross of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Friday, September 11, 2020 will be held Saturday, September 19th, 11:30 amat Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Ave., Min. Tammy Fowler, officiating. The interment will follow.

Blanche was born January 25, 1926 in Ocala, Florida to the late Elias and Rebecca Woodard. She accepted Christ at an early age and attended school in Marion County. She enjoyed watching sports on television, crossword puzzles, but her favorite thing to do was cooking pies and cakes for her family. She was a foster grandparent for 15 years. Blanche moved to Tampa met and married Shelly Cross, Sr.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Shelly Cross, Sr.; 4 children, Loretta E. Williams, Jacquelin M. Cross, Shelly Cross, Jr. and Kenneth Cross and parents, Elias and Rebecca Woodard.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her 4 devoted children, Billie L. Stennett, Rebecca R. Robinson, Deborah Williams, Gary D. Cross (Elouise) and like a daughter, Gaither Cross; her loving grandchildren, Tomeka Kinsey (Ronald), Patrick Carter, Tammie Fowler (Maurice), Barrington Whyte, Tracy Robinson, Kenia Carter (Reggie), Jerry Robinson (Yubonka), Todd Wilson (Carletta), Gary Cross, Jr., Carliss Stennett (Erin), Carla Stennett (Von), Andrew Robinson, Kimberly Carter, Genelle Cross, Shellina Watkins, Christina McKay (Zachary), Brianna Williams, Michael Moore and Warren Williams, Jr.; 25 great-grandchildren; several great-greatgrandchildren; onesister, Carrie Howell of Ocala, Florida and many nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, September 18th, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the graveside on Saturday for the service.
