Bobbie Jean Smith was born on September 23, 1953, in Florida, to the late Willie Carroll and Ella Carroll. Bobbie enjoyed cooking, sewing, drawing, and gardening. Bobbie was a strong beautiful inspirational woman, who fought until the end. She was a devoted wife for over 47 years. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her father, Willie Carroll and mother, Ella Carroll.

She leaves loving memories to her husband, Reshea B. Smith; children, Parkish Joel Neal, Reshea Rollen Smith, Jr., and Brandee Della Smith; grandchildren, Emma Rose Smith, and Rollen Bernard Oby; brother, Michael Carroll.
