Funeral services for Mr. Bodunrin Ademola Banwo of Tampa, who passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2011, will be held on Saturday, December 10th, 4:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, with Rev. Linda Dukes, officiating. Mr. Bodunrin Ademola Banwo was born on December 25, 1949 in Nigeria. He was a devout Christian. He enjoyed reading the Bible and often spoke of fond memories of his native country Nigeria. He received his A.S. degree in Engineering and a certification in Environmental Engineering from U.S.F, Plant City. He was preceded in death by his parents, Chief Benjamin Banwo and mother, (Chief) Mrs. Juliana Aderibigbe Banwo. He leaves to cherish his memory; wife, Patricia A. Banwo; children, Adedayo Banwo and Bodunrin Banwo both of Tampa; many close friends including, Yomi Olaogun and Latif Jinabu; and a host of in-laws, the Nickles family; and other relatives, friends and co-workers. The viewing will be held on Saturday from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel for the service.
