Bradley, affectionately nicknamed, "Brad", was born on December 6, 1946, in Yonkers, New York, to Arthur and Mildred Pegram. Bradley was a part of the Disabled Veteran Association. His favorite activity was working on cars.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Mildred Pegram; and older sister, Ruth Ann Ruth. He leaves precious memories with his sister, Michele Jones; nieces, Trenise Plummer and Ashley Stevens; nephew, Michael Ruth; cousins, Virginia Ford and Maureen Williams; a very close childhood friend, Haywood Gill; and a host of other loving relatives and cousins.
