A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Brenda Ann Butts 'B.A.' of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 will be held on Saturday, April 17th, 1:00 p.m. at The Holy Ghost of God Purchased with His Blood, 3613 N. 23rd Street, Bishop Isaac Andrews, Jr., officiating.

Brenda Ann Butts was born July 29, 1953, in Dothan, AL. She enjoyed singing, dancing, great listener, making people laugh, cooking, and keeping the family together. Also enjoyed nursing (C.N.A.).

She was preceded in death by, Laura Lee Potter, Waymon Earl Butts, Gwen Thompson, Waymon Earl Butts, Jr., a host of aunts, 1 grandmother, uncle, and cousins.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her children, LaTonya Butts, Tuwanda Butts, and Calvin Griffin, Jr.; grandchildren, Quinshawna Smith, LaDonna Butts, Darrell Jones, Jr., Ronnie Holder III, and Marie Williams; greatgrandchildren, Omari Butts, Ga'Lyani Walker, and Ga'Riyah Walker; brother, Rickey Butts; nephew, Waymon Butts III; cousins, Linda Horne, Ruby Potter, Candice Williams, Angela Ford, and Arthur Williams; goddaughters, Shamika Brown, Angela Smart, Felicia Faison, LaKeyster Jones, and Shineka Johnson; a host of other family and friends.

The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, April 16th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
