Ms. Brenda Louise Evans was born on July 29, 1958, in Tampa, Florida, to Earl Davis and Catherine Evans. A loving mother, grandmother, and friend, Brenda had a passion for life's simple joys. She loved cooking hearty meals, bike riding through her neighborhood, keeping her home beautifully clean, and—most of all—spending precious time with her grandchildren, who brought her immense joy. Brenda was deeply loved by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her vibrant, fiery spirit had the power to uplift those around her. Whether through her infectious laugh, her honest advice, or her warm presence, Brenda made an impact that will never be forgotten.

She was preceded in death by her father; grandmother, Maud Lemons; eldest brother, Tony Evans, Sr.; and eldest daughter, Rochelle Watson.

She leaves cherished memories to her mother; children, Roland "Tavaris" Evans (Felicia), Sr., Roxanne Evans, Rozanna Watson, Roosevelt Britton (Shawnna), and Roberta Britton; grandchildren, Glenn Powell, Roland Evans, Jr., Taviana Evans, Rahkil Britton, Gabriel Watson, Aubrianna Curry, Toni Evans, Jeremiah Parks, Heru Van Webb, Riley Britton, and Rochelle Britton; brother, Emanuel Evans (Telca); sisters, Audrey Clarke and Pamela Gibson (Trina); aunts, Margaret Hazley, Mary Ann Hazley, and Ruth Hazley; uncles, Morris Hazley, Willie James Hazley, and John Hazley; nieces, Destiny Beales, and Empris and Elexis Evans; nephews, Tony Evans, Jr., Lavon Evans, Sampson Evans, and Emanuel Evans, Jr.; special friends, Vandal, Cassandra "Pippy" Hall, and Stephanie Belcher; special cousins, Patricia McMillan, Tondra Parker, and Tscharner Ryder; as well as a host of cousins.
