Carl G. Walters was born September 19, 1987 in Tampa, Florida to Lucious and Valerie Walters. He was an honorable graduate of Middleton High School, class of 2006. He was a member of the National Honor Society and had received a full academic scholarship from the Bright Futures Fund. He was currently attending Hillsborough Community College.
