Homegoing services for Mr. Carlton Earl McCullough, Sr. of Tampa who passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2015, will be held on Saturday, March 28th, 2:00 p.m. at ReBirth Missionary Baptist Church, 1924 E. Comanche, Rev. Zachery S. Hudson, pastor officiating. The interment will be in Orange Hill Cemetery. Carlton, Sr., was born to Sylvester McCullough, Sr. and Alberta D. McCullough on the beautiful day of October 3, 1960 in Bartow, Florida. He graduated from Hillsborough High School, Tampa, Florida, class of 1978. He joined the Navy Armed Forces in 1979. Carlton was self-employed as a mechanical engineer, freelance interior/exterior decorator, masonry, and carpenter. Carlton enjoyed helping people and was known for his work in the community. Carlton will be remembered as a sailor in the armed forces "Navy", where he initiated his career, not being selfish but brave putting his life on the battlefield for America. After being a dedicated member of Victory Tabernacle M.B. Church he later joined the congregation of Rebirth M.B. Church, in October 2014. Carlton leaves his beloved wife, Delbra Brim McCullough; parents, Sylvester Sr. and Alberta McCullough; daughters, Leticia Bostic (Zandell), Konika Bludshaw (Cyrus Brown), Le'Tia Wesley, Roshandia Cobbs and Zariha Thompson; sons, Carlton Earl McCullough, Jr., Joshua BZ Watley, Keith Cobbs (Chaundra); a host of grandchildren; brothers, Sylvester McCullough, Jr. (Theresa), Oral McCullough and Eddie McCullough (Robin); sisters, Martha Jones (Harold), Gwendolyn Russ (Earnie, Sr.) and Jessie Dallas (Ronald); aunts, Ora Mae Greeen, Ida Mae Young and Vinnie Bell Daughtry; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, March 27th from 5 to 8 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church for the service on Saturday.
