A homegoing celebration for Mr. Carlton McLeod of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Saturday November 10, 2018 will be held Saturday, November 24th, 11:00 a.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Rev. Michael Neely, officiating. The interment will be in Orange Hill Cemetery. Carlton was born February 14, 1940 in Westmoreland, Jamaica. He was a member of Horizon Christian Church. He enjoyed listening to music and cooking. He also loved entertaining and socializing with his friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter McLeod and Inez Dewar and grandson, Kyle Davey. He leaves to cherish his precious memories with his wife, Eugenie McLeod; daughter, Ruth Whittle; grandson, Kenneth Davey; great-grandchildren, Tamani Davey, Tamir Davey and Aria Davey; sisters, Norma Jones (Henry) and Udel White; niece, Marcia Scott; nephew, Dwayne McBride; grandnieces, Sade Morris and Bianca McBride; cousin, Joyce McKenzie; a host of other relatives and friends that will miss him. The visitation will be at Aikens Funeral home on Saturday, November 24th from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service.
