Mrs. Carrie Lee Palmer was born on September 5, 1963, in Alexandria, Louisiana to Cora Davis and Arthur Hayes. She relocated to Tampa, FL. At the early age of seventeen. Carrie loved her job as a server at the restaurant she worked at. She loved to cook, have fun with friends and family, and making Tik Tok videos.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cora Davis and Arthur Hayes.

She leaves to cherish her memories with her husband of 26 years, Eugene Watts; children, Elijah Palmer, Leando Palmer, Katrina Wright, and Lurcora Palmer; grandchildren, Keyvis, Major, Tomylanea, Tommy, Jr., Charles, John, Leando, Jr., and Ledge; siblings, Selena, Prencess, Emma, Arthur, Prentiss, Sylvester, Precious, Manervial, Lover Ray, Mack; a host of eight nephews and thirteen nieces; and close friends and family John, Jr., Arnetha, Jurleen, Willie Jean, and Nick.
