Cassandra was born on December 12, 1958, to Stephen and Ernestine Tripp. She attended St. Peter Claver and Sacred Heart Catholic schools. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and Hillsborough Community college. She was employed by Lockeheed Martin for over40 years. Sandy was devoted member of St. Peter Claver Catholic church and a member of the Council of Catholic Women. Cassandra cherished her relationship with her daughter and her grandchildren. She loved traveling and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by Stephen Tripp (Father) and Stephen Raynold Tripp (Brother).

She leaves to cherish her mother, Ernestine Tripp; daughter, Jamila Brascom (Kenneth);grandchildren, Amari McDuffie and Krista Brascom; sisters, Stephanie Cromuel (Marshel),Francelia Graves (James), and Cathy Tripp; aunt, Bernice Watson; nieces, Chandra Tripp and Maya Cromuel; nephews Stephen Marquis Tripp (Sarde), Emmanual Cromuel (Lynette), JaydonGraves, and Jayce Graves; and a host cousin, of great nieces and nephews.
