A Private Homegoing service for Mr. Cecil Robert Moss of Tampa who passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2020 will be held on Saturday, July 11th, 1:00 p.m. at Faith Temple M.B. Church, 2916 Orient Rd, Pastor Eric Campbell with Pastor Danny Osborne, of Godside Progressive M.B. Church, officiating. The interment will be in Orange Hill Cemetery.
Cecil Robert Moss was born February 26, 1934 in True Blue Crooked Island, Bahamas he was the only child born from the late Rufus and Sabelitha Moss. Cecil enjoyed gospel concerts, playing cards, domino's, and cooking Sunday dinner (amazing fried chicken) and spending time with his loved ones. Cecil was preceded in death by his parents, wife Alma Moss and son, Enoch Moss.
He leaves to cherish his fond and loving memories with his loving family: children, Craig, Ferzeda Richardson, Kateara Moss, Angela Richardson (Lorenzo), Lydia Moss and Meloudis Brown; dedicated grandchildren, Enodsia Moss, Oscartera Milbry, Enoch Moss, Jr. (Stephanie), DeSario Moss, Eshamera Moss, David Myers, Sabelitha Moore (Mark), Andropolis Mitchell, Teela Myers, Stansheala Wilson, Shantelle Melton (Leon), Marcia Smith (James), Amanda Neal, Anessa Freeman and Aranique Johnson; great grandchildren, Lyric Faison, Enocierra, Enijah, Enoch, Enaysha and Elesha Moss, Malik Taylor, Aniah Walters, Ianna Spaulding, Christian and Victoria Neal, Tomas Warren, Davi'yanna. King David, Sire Daniel and Emerald Myers, Myla Striker, Walter Whittaker IV, Reginal, Jr., Remari and Remarion James, Andropolis, Jr., Anyais and Aston Mitchell, Isis and Isreal Melton, Travis Weller, Jr., A'yahna Clayton, Olivia Moore, Hannah, Joy, Love and James Jr.; a host of other relatives in Bahamas, New York and Miami, Florida.
The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, July 10th, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.
