Ceclie, affectionately nicknamed "Clee", was born on July 8, 1960, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Willie and Leontine Ross.

Ceclie was a nurse for over 35 years. She spent her life taking care of others. Ceclie moved to Tampa in 2002 on a traveling nurse assignment and loved it so much she decided to stay. Ceclies favorite hobby was reading. She was an avid reader. During her time here she has made an impact on countless lives and picked up new family members along the way. She was loved by many and will be sorely missed.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Leontine Ross; father, Willie Ross; daughter, Bianca Shaw; brothers, Thomas Fleming, Andre Fleming, and Siddiq Hakim; and sister, Angela Derrick.

She leaves precious memories with her husband, Greg Gregory, Sr.; children, Danielle Ross, Tina Ross, and Greg Gregory, Jr.; grandchildren, Jordan Peterson, Jackson Thomas, Jacob Davis, Greg Gregory, III; brothers, Raoul Fleming, and William Keen; sister, Monique Curtis; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; and best friend, Rosalind Jenkins.
