Chanelle Nicole Clipper-Smith was born in Glendale, California to the parentage of Shannelle Nicole Clipper-Smith and Reginald Aaron Nelson, Sr. on May 19, 1998. She grew up in Tampa, Fl and attended Brandon High School. Chanelle was also known as "Nae". She loved listening to pop and rap music. She enjoyed spending time with her children, siblings, and most of all her mom making endless memories. If you knew her, you knew she was a "big time foodie"! She was an entrepreneur and new business owner of "BubbaQueen, LLC." "Nae" was an exceptional mother to her two daughters. She was very close to her father, and absolutely a "mamas" girl. Her loving spirit and smile penetrated the hearts of those she met. Her confident attitude and sassy demeanor will forever be remembered.

Chanelle was preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents, Rosalind Kay Cook, Theresa Clipper, James Nelson, John "JB" Burden, and Otis Allen.

She leaves beloved memories with her (daughters), KeNiyah, and KeZiyah Cobb; mother Shannelle Nicole Clipper-Smith (Calvin); (father)Reginald Aaron Nelson, Sr. (Sarah). (Siblings), Andre, Adrian, Regin, Ranisha (Tommy)Perez DeAlderete, Temeshia (Tray) Coppola, Raquera, Reggi, Rakiera, Cheyenne, Raequan (Indasia) Nelson, Raine, Ramani, Egypt, Reginald, Jr., Zaquarious, Jokobi, Elijah, Aaron and, Zaire. (Grandparents), Larry Clipper, Debra Johnson, Elizabeth Porter, Auntie Grandma Missy, and Moma Phillips. (Aunts), Tamika Johnson (James), Oveida Wilburn, Dorelle Phillips, Chancey Allen, and Cheredean Baker. (Uncles), Larry Cook (Niya), Edward Green, and Andre Johnson. (Godmother), Natasha Carter; (Cousins) Elin Cook, Quinton, Breyana, James, Jamar, and Isaiah Johnson, Myra Desseau (Kareem), Larissa and DaShaun James, Ceddrick Knight, Jr. (Shaniah), Donteye Drew, II, Jason and Jayel Wilburn, Deziya, Derrick, Antwain, Diedrick, Asshari, Andrew, Trinity, Edward, Kalden, and Kailani. (Her Daughters father) Keith Cobb, Jr.; and a very close significant other, Mr. Ahrema Francis, and a host of many more sorrowing relatives and friends who will miss her dearly, because she touched their lives profoundly.
