Charles was born on May 20, 1975, in Tampa, FL, to Charles Foster Sr. and Patricia Nickles Banwo. He was a huge fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert L. and Amelia E. Nickles, and Clayton Sr. and Alice Foster; uncles, Robert Earl Nickles, Ulysses Hudge, Anthony Foster, and Stanley Foster; aunt, Mary Nickles-Azor; and stepfather, Bodunrin A. Banwo.

He leaves precious memories with his parents; brothers, Adedayo Banwo, Bodunrin O. Banwo; uncles, Milton Foster and Clayton Foster Jr.; aunts, Linda Nickles Dukes, (Willie), Sandra Nickles, Courtnay Nickles Pilcher, Joyce Hudge, Eunice Mae Foster White(Tony), and Ann Foster; cousins, Iris Davis, Amelia Pringle, Michael Powell, Mark Powell, Daniel Dukes, Tony Evans Jr., Lavon Evans, Natia Pilcher, Daryl Pilcher, Sidney Clark, Jackie Azor, Dominique White, KeKe Godwin, George Hill, Donde Brown, Ricky White, Milton Foster Jr. Shawn Hudge, and Vaunita Trice Hudge; godmother, Carla Reid; and a host of other relatives and friends.
