A homegoing celebration for Mr. Charles L. Lawrence of Tampa, who passed away, July 10, 2016 will be held Saturday, July 16th, 2:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Bishop Michael Lewis, officiating. The interment will be in Orange Hill Cemetery. Charles enjoyed talking on his CB radio and fixing cars. He was preceded in death by his mother, Tiny Mae Lynn; father, Morris Lawrence; sisters, Dorothy March and Nancy Lawrence and brother, Fred Lawrence. He leaves to cherish his precious memories with his sons, Willie Morris of Eufala, AL and Charles E. Lawrence (Yolanda); daughters, Debra Davis, Stephanie Buggs-Hanson, Jacquelyn Williams and Charlesetta Lawrence-Holbrooks (Angelo); grandchildren, Tasha Lawrence, Charles 'CJ' Lawrence, Shanika Williams, La'Tisha Turnball, Cheyanne Holbrooks, Endia Holbrooks, Sarai Holbrooks, Michael Williams, Charles Gadson 'Chucky', (Sophia) Bakari Buggs, Porsha Johnson Hammond and kids, Lawanda Lawrence (Shantu), Jamal Gordan, Sheree Morris of Eufala, AL.; great grandchildren, Jaliyah Buie, Javon Buie, Jaylen Buie, Jada Buie, Jordan Garland, Aalyssa Jackson, Aalayah Reese, Kelis Lawrence, Amory Lester, Espiritu-Williams, Eljin Michael Espirtu-Williams, Nicoli Charles Gadson, Akierya Raines and I'lyah Sampson, Leniyha Grant, Se'Ivon Grant, Toreeonna Repress, Aneres Lawrence, Tyonna Repress and Serenity Anderson; nephew, Ed Walker; cousins, Preston Lawrence, Joe Lewis, Reese Jo Cochran, Minne Frank of New Jersey, Buddy Lawrence (Carolyn), Roosevelt Lawrence (Bertha), Grady Lawrence of Eufala, AL. and Reba Wilson; stepdaughter, Angela Buggs; stepsons, Ray Buggs and Ira Porter. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, July 16th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service
