Charles Waitman Miller, Jr. was born June 7, 1959 to Charles Miller and Virginia Nixon in Fairmont, West Virginia. He enjoyed deep sea fishing. He was preceded in death by parents,Charles and Virginia Miller; brothers, Lewis, Danny Ray and Stevie; sister, Nancy and daughter Elizabeth Jo Miller; He leaves to cherish his memories with his companion of 12 years, Kim Webb; sons, Charles Daniel Miller and Joshua Waitman Miller; grandchildren, Chloe Elizabeth, Blake Mikel-Charles, Joshua Waitman, Ashton Daniel and Haileigh Sky; brothers, Bob Miller, Roger Miller, Billy Miller, Jimmy Miller, Jack Miller and David Miller; sisters, Thelma Stanley, Carolyn Stewart and Barbara Walton and a host of other relatives and friends.
