Mr. Charlie Earl Warren was born on November 6, 1958, in Tampa, FL, to Charlie Earl Warren, Sr. and Idell Warren. He attended the public school system in Hillsborough County. Charlie was a man of leisure who enjoyed sitting back smoking a cigar, black and mild was his favorite, he also enjoyed family gatherings.

Charlie was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Warren, Sr.; mother, Idell Warren; and brother, Kenneth Earl Warren.

He leaves cherished memories to his sisters, Angela Warren-Norwood, Earline Terrell (Michael); brothers, Reginald Warren, Clarence Warren, Anthony Warren ( Sabrina); aunt, Queen E. Holmes (Julius) along with a host of other family, and friends.
