A visitation ceremony for Mrs. Charlotte Gay of Tampa, FL who passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 will be held on Friday, March 15th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Tampa, FL 33610. The interment will follow. Charlotte was born on May 27, 1972 in Tampa, Florida to Willie C. Gay and Vornice Brock. She loved to study her hebrew spiritual roots, play games on her phone and tablet and spend time with her family. Charlotte was a repair technician at G.E Aviation for 14 years. She obtained her Associates and Bachelors degree and was planning on going back to school to get her Masters in Engineering. She was a beautiful person on the inside and outside. She enjoyed life and enjoyed helping others. Charlotte was a great mother and grandmother. She will be missed dearly. She leaves to cherish her fond and loving memories with her children, Terron O'Neal and Terronika O'Neal; granddaughter, Zakaiyah Hicks; brothers, Cedric Gay, Ellister Brock and James Spires; sisters, Tameisha Williams and Carla Brock; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Friday for the visitation.
