Homegoing celebration for Mrs. Christine Former of Tampa, Florida who passed away Monday, June 3, 2013 with be held Saturday, June 8, 2013, 2:00p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E.MLK Jr. Blvd. with Pastor Cleveland Lane, officiating, pastor of Highland Pines M.B. Church. Mrs. Christine Former was born April 12, 1953 to the late Willie Morris and Corrine. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and watching Tyler Perry movies and plays. She was preceded in death by parents, Willie Morris and Corrine and brothers, David and Alan Morris. She leaves to cherish fond and loving memories with husband, Cephus Former; children, Christopher, Michael and Ingrid Former; grandchildren, Michael, Stephanie, Zjoinae and Rozasha Former and Jada Grubbs; brother, Jerome Morris; sisters, Willie Mae Crawford, Mary Pittman, Bernice Brown, Shirley Jean Morris and Stephania Morris-Price; uncles, Willie James Watson and Paul Height; specials friends, the work family of RHD and a host of relatives and friends. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home, Friday, June 7th from 5 to 8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service.
