Christine Powell was born to the late Himelle Boyd and Louise Boyd, in Brooksville, Florida on December 12, 1948. She loved shopping, sewing, and spending time with her grandchildren. Her favorite dinner is fish and crabs. She was filled with the Holy Ghost and loved the Lord wholeheartedly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Powell; parents, Himelle Boyd and Louise Boyd; brothers, Walter, Monroe, and Jimmy Boyd.

She leaves cherished memories: children, Robert Powell, Jr., Jerome Powell, Michael Powell, Eric Powell, Tammy Powell, Kimberly Powell, Carah Powell, Tarah Powell, Priscilla Powell, and Joshua Powell; grandchildren, Kamaria and Anthony Powell, Marco Bryant, Adrien, Tameshya, Kameron, Jonathan, Justin, and Ezekiel Powell, Josiah Redfield, Terrence Pierre, Eriq Powell, Erin Powell, Austin Brinson, Christine and Alexandria Patrick, Erica, Eriana, Marcus, Shannon, and Javonna Powell, Shanel Bryant, Elijah Powell, Aaliyah Johnson and Bandy Peeples; greatgrandchildren, Tamari and Hiziah Flerijean, Thomas Redfield, Jr, Nehemiah Patrick, Kimyrah Hammond, and Kelly Johnson, Jr.; brothers, Jimmy Boyd (Mae), Walter Boyd, Willie Boyd (Arlene), Monroe Boyd, Bobby Boyd, and Prince Boyd, Illionna Armstrong, Isaiah Armstrong, and Hakeem Ndikuriyo; sisters, Gloria Richardson, Gladys, and Alice Tucker; aunt, Tezell Samuels; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and loving relatives and friends.
