A memorial service will be held at a later date for Mr. Cisro Arnold Vance who passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2020.

"Toochie" as he was known to family and friends, was born July 13, 1950 in Tampa, Florida. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough Countyand was a graduate of Middleton High School, class of '68. He was employed with Hillsborough County School District as a custodial supervisor and retired in 2005 after 35 years of service.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sonny and Blossom Vance; son, Darryl Vance; daughter, Denetria Vance Brown; brothers, Venson Vance and Carl Vance; niece, Nicole Campbell Small and nephew, Alvin Vance, Jr.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories; ason, Alonzo Vance (Bernadette); threebrothers, Alvin Vance, Sr.(Gail), Charles Vance (Mary) and Reginald Vance (Koryn); two sisters, Beverly Vance Branton and Olivia Vance; sixgrandchildren, Steven Anderson, Kyonia Vance, Dy-Shawn Vance, Dy-Shawnti Vance, Dy-Quan Vance and Tariah Brown; a son-in-law, Tony Brown; nieces and nephews, Melvin Vance, Antonio Vance, Richard Vance, Venson Vance, Jr., Lisa Vance, Charles Vance, Jr.,Michael Vance, Vontavia Vance, Silve, Joseph Harrison, Maya Vance Dash, Sonny Vance, Stephanie Vance, Blossom Vance, Faith Vance, Fatima Vance, Chloe Vance, Caleb Vance, Carl (Boss) Vance, Arthur Vance, Eric Vance, Carlton Vance,Christopher Vance, Dominiqua Vance, Kiara Stephens, Rachel Vance and James Henry; three lifelong friends, Robert Alexander, Henry Freeman and Cornelius Green; and a host of supporting family and friends.
