A homegoing celebration for Mrs. Clara Mitchell Belle of Tampa, Florida who passed away on May 13, 2017 will be held on Sunday, May 21, 2017, 1:00 p.m. at Westside Seventh Day Adventist Church,1803 E. Shadowlawn Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610, Pastor Byron Wells, officiating. The interment will follow. Mrs. Clara Mitchell Belle was born on August 15, 1941 in Elliot, South Carolina to the late Hamon Mack and Hattie Toney. She was a faithful member of Westside Seventh Day Adventist Church. She loved attending church services and enjoyed reading, cross-word search puzzles and working in the yard. She never met a person she did not like. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hamon Mack, Sr. and Hattie (Toney) Mack; husband, Howard Mitchell; brother, Hamon Mack, Jr. and sister Emma Janes Lee. She leaves to cherish her memories with her daughter, Yvonne Holloway; son-in-law, James Holloway; grandson, Javon Patrick Holloway; brothers, Jerry Mack (Helen) of Bishopville, SC; sisters, Mary Alice Simon of Philadelphia, PA, Mary Heywood of Scarborough, CA and Amelia Scarborough of New York, New York and a host of cousins, nieces, nephew's other relatives and friends. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Sunday for the service.
