A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Clarence Joseph Martin of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 will be held Saturday, June 6th, 10:00 a.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Prophet Farnorris Morgan, officiating. Clarence Joseph Martin was born March 14, 1949. He had a heart of gold! He never met a stranger. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Doe Martin (Gloria); mother, Bernice Mathis. He leaves to cherish his precious memories with his wife, Georgia Collier Burney-Martin; daughter, Clarissa Janae Martin; grandson, Terrance Luney-Langhorne, Jr.; brothers, Michael Martin (Mae) and Darryl Martin; sisters, Valerie Martin- Jeffrey (Wendell), Denise Cowser (Wayne), Gwendolyn Leonard (Joseph), Vera Little (Eddie) and Sherry Martin; nieces, Nasheika 'Nikki' Martin, Deedra Martin, Megan Frias, Diamond Martin, Brittani Kemp, Lashonda Mulwa, Artieka Martin, D'Audra Davis and Tashara Martin; nephews, Darryl Martin, Jr., Joseph Leonard III, Christopher Mack II, Michael J. Martin, Treynard Martin, Jaylen Wiley, D'Andre Riley and Jonah Martin; a host of other relatives and friends. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.
