Homegoing services for Elder Clarence L. Warren, Jr. of St. Petersburg, who passed away on Friday, March 9, 2012, will be held on Saturday, March 17th, 11:00 at Bethel Metropolitan M.B. Church 3455 26th Ave. South, St. Petersburg, FL, with Rev. Dr. Wayne Thompson, officiating. Elder Clarence L. Warren, Jr. was born on February 27, 1952 in Tampa, Florida and attended the Schools of Hillsborough County. He was the Pastor of Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church. Pastor was preceded in death by his father, Clarence L. Warren, Sr.; mother, Emma Jane Elizabeth Warren and granddaughter, Jazmine Kenyatta Warren. He leaves to cherish memories with his children, Clarence L. Warren III (Kanesiha Warren), Valinda Warren Lloyd, Cedric Prince, Christopher Warren and Chandler Houston; grandchildren, Jada Nicole Lloyd and Nadia Simone Lloyd; fathers, Elder A. L. Lewter and Dea. Clarence Webb (Grace Webb); brother, Elder Gary Brown; uncle, William Warren; cousins, Richard Tolbert, Jr.; Emma Harris, Ora Davis, Mary Sullivan, Candasy Tolbert, Willie Tolbert, Kenetha Johnson, Lorenzo Tolbert, Vivian McKay, Emily Linton, Connie Finger, Geraldine Bradley, Martha Kitchen and Maxine Graham; extended family, Valerie Houston (beloved companion), Beatrice Lewter (Mom), The Adam's Family; The Mt. Zion P.B. Church, Sons & Daugthers of the Ministry; and a host of other loved ones and friends. The viewing will be held on Friday, March 16th, from 5-8 p.m. at Mt. Zion P.B. Church, 3700 22nd, Ave South, St. Petersburg, FL. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at Bethel Metropolitan M.B. Church for the service on Saturday.
