Clemmie was born on March 13, 1928, in Montezuma, Georgia, to Hillard Felder and Carrie McGhee Felder.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie C. Davis; children, Eddie Davis III. and Mary Davis-Johnson; parents, Hillard Felder and Carrie McGhee Felder; brother, Eddie Felder; sister, Jessie Manning; and grandchild, Prentice Price Jr (PJ).

She leaves precious memories with her children, Janice (Prentice) Price and Rhonda Wright of Miramar, FL; grandchildren, Tanya Davis of Tampa FL, Patrice Price of North Carolina, Donald Davis (Stephanie) of Maryland, Ruben Davis, Sharon Brooks, Carlos (Octavia) Johnson, of Warner Robins, GA, Clayton (Angela) Johnson, Robert (Wanda) Johnson of Macon, GA, and Eddie C. Davis IV of Maryland; great-grandchild, Keanu Davis of Tampa, FL; brother, Grady (Sonia) Felder of Atlanta, GA; sister, Julia Felder-Smith of Oglethorpe, GA; sisters-in-law, Annie Davis of Tampa, FL and Rosa Davis of Franklin Park, New Jersey; special niece, Vickie Davis of Tampa, FL; special cousins, Effie Williams, Pam Williams of Coral Springs, FL, and Connie Morgan of Rochester, NY; godchildren, Conrad (Dee) Bell of Tampa, FL, Elizabeth Young and Kyle Riddle of Tampa, FL; best friend, Betty Calloway of Tampa, FL; and a host of other loving relatives, nieces, cousins, and friends.
